Help with purchasing Tag Heuer Monaco Sixty Nine

Hi guys,

2012 is just around the corner so am looking for a new daily watch!

Was wondering if anyone could point me in the right direction of sourcing a good rep of the Tag Heuer Monaco Sixty Nine. Has anyone purchased a rep of this watch before? Any flaws in comparison to the genuine etc. Do the reps have the deployment clasp like that of the genuine? If not, where could I source the genuine strap+deployment clasp.

The gen watch uses a quartz movement so I guess this Monaco would be fairly easy to replicate?

The rotating mechanism is complex, as is the digital backside. I doubt that you will find a good rep for this particular model. There are decent ones of the Concept Monacos though.

Received some QC pics of one example from a vendor on here and the rep was quite off from the genuine:

-Red hand on subdial

-crown looked to be different

-The 'Tag Heuer' logo imprint was incorrect on the digital side

Can you make the pics bigger? You can hardly see anything. But the rep is way off, that's right.

this is as good as it gets for this watch.........I tried hard and this was the best they had. Could use a better strap. Id be willing to sell it for 100 OBO
