Easy sunken date wheel fix?

I remember seeing a complicated method of inserting a spacer and adding another datebwheel.

Is there a easier way?

It can be done, but it's not easy nor is it cheap. If it was cheap, we would all have

our watches. We are all sitting with the same problem ..

Depends if you are going to lift up the DW on a 12-9-6 or a tricompax 9-6-3, on the 12-9-6, the A7750 has a metal plate an a GMT complication, this can be removed if the watch has no GMT function and you ca use A DW overlay, in the 9-6-3 tricompax the transfer gear are on the way so you have to custom build a spacer ring, that cos time and certainly some money if you find somebody to do it , to start with.
