Ronin
What is Tritium Tubes? Sounds like it is not a powder based product. http://www.ballwatch.com/index.php?option=com_technology It is in a gas form in a tube.
Jkay
Tritium is a gas. For tritium lume, the gas is captured in the luminescent "paint" material. It is not the tritium which glows .. the radioactive tritium excites the lume paint and makes it glow in the same way that light excites SuperLuminova and makes it glow. Some watches use very small tubes of tritium gas instead of a solid lume "paint" .. fun fact - If tritium escapes into the air, it combines with oxygen and creates a molecule of radioactive water
