specialvat
As I have small wrists a smaller strap was called for, only way was Gen Excuse the dim shots going dark here ! Gen is shorter one in pics: Gen: Rep: Gen: Rep: Gen: Rep: And a bag shot just for laughs If it wasn't for the need for a shorter strap I d say no point in buying a gen as they are close, what do you think ? Waiting for a set of cap and bar screws from APbands, one of the screws on the rep had no thread. So might be worth checking. Thanks all.

mt666tm
Indistinguishable as far as I can tell. Now don't get tempted to put your rep strap back in that bag for ebay
Guest zeleni kukuruz
Thanks for sharing. Woow that rep strap is nice, like you said no point buying the gen if you dident need the smaller size. That rep strap is nice!
hiker01
I'm a little confused with your GEN strap, it's suppose to have a continous flow on the end of the fluted side.......here's mine next to the rep (on the inside): Gen on the left without the buckle: Gen on top: Gen on the bottom: I hope you don't mind me posting these. specialvat
Thanks guys, email a jeweller that stocks AP near you thats what I did. mt666tm- I was brought up to be better than that Hike- Not sure which part of strap you mean, I emailed AP direct on this strap to make sure I got the right one after getting an XL the first time. That thing was like a belt on me

The strap with the buckle looks like a gen or a v3 rubber strap, but the other one without the buckle is 100% rep. It is a strap from a V2 diver and it has the following flaws:Rubber strap grooves do not close at the end of the stripsRubber strap fonts too far centered (royal oak offshore font)Rubber strap texture is wrongRep buckle - shorter and thinnerRep buckle - inside texture wrong as well on the tongueRep buckle - logo inside too large and too far rightRep buckle - "Stainless Steel" should read "ACIER INOX" Unfortunately, this strap has been sold a lot on the bay...
