Inertiadrifter Posted June 8, 2012 Report Posted June 8, 2012 Just got my modded and serviced AP Diver V3 from VAC And the watch looks amazing, it winds buttery smooth and he even made the rotor not too loud as per my request. A little before and after shots: Before After Selitta Movement: dirty and over lubed coming out of the factory Finish product And finally a wrist shot:

shirotenshi Posted June 12, 2012 Report Posted June 12, 2012 (edited) SW200 coming out of the factory over lubed..? That is not good..QA of the mvt is why we go for the swiss option in the first place.. Edited June 12, 2012 by ShiroTenshi
PAM_SWE Posted June 12, 2012 Report Posted June 12, 2012 So, do anyone have any thoughts on how I ship this from Swe to US safe without customs issues?
Jkay Posted June 12, 2012 Report Posted June 12, 2012 You must double encase it in a condom and swallow it.

Im afraid that this line of thinking is totally wrong. You "go Swiss" because of the availability of repair parts. The Swiss movements are sitting in open air in the replica factory with hair, grit and dust floating all around them, the same as the clone movements. If you are looking at that SW200 on a computer screen (not a phone or ipad) you can see it's full of hair.

mbjoer Posted June 17, 2012 Report Posted June 17, 2012 Looks wonderful, but personally I would buy the Asian clone movement if having it serviced anyway. Seems a bit excessive to pay for Swiss AND service.
