I can wind the watch with the crown, but cannot set the time with the crown in any position...

And by any position, you mean that you're able to pull the crown out after releasing the crownguard but that nothing happens?

Hard to say exactly what is wrong. Either keyless needs to be reset or stem is slightly too long.

Yes... After I swing lever up and off crown, and pull the crown up the hands won't move, it will only wind movement... Thank you for replying!

Try removing the CG and see if you can pull it all the way where it changes time. If that works your stem is to long

Set lever screw is loose, if you remove the CG, and you pull the crown, it probably will pull right out of the watch. Try doing this, it wont damage the watch, and will give you an idea of what is going on. Once you try this repost your findings to follow up.
