Brand new mint insert from rolex ready for install

post-38265-0-19980000-1347670647_thumb.j

Brand new gen crystal, retaining ring, click spring ready for use which if your all are wondering the genuine retaining ring will be a very very tight fit to your sean case and its best to use a genuine rolex bezel ring as well for the best results. the feel of the bezel rotating is just amazing and I feel that 90% of the reps can't seem to land this distinct feel on the bezel rotation and the clicker spring has a firm loud click as well.

Genuine fresh serviced 3135 movement. during the installation of this movement mymanmatt noticed that the movement does not fit the case very tight and has free side to side play. this was not an issue as soon as the movement was secured. I am not sure if this is the case on all sean cases but was with mine. (no pun intended)

Now to the build. Here we have the crystal set and lined up ready for the retaining ring to be pressed over the crystal.

Here we have the retaining ring over the crystal ready to be pressed and one thing to notice on the sean case is that the teeth on the case back are a little too wide on the case back as it is not a perfect fit to the bergeon case back opener.

The bezel is pressed slightly over the crystal and is lined up to be pressed in. its important to note that you check the position all around the watch to make sure while pressing in the retaining ring that it is even on all sides as to not damage any of the components on your bezel assembly

Bezel is pressed in fully.

The bezel ring, spacer, and click spring are all assembled and all there is to do at this point is install the insert.

Using TC's amazing V3 bracelet which gives this watch perfect SELs

Only thing left to do is ad these 2mm spring bars to the watch and we are good to go! which by the way there is absolutely no wiggle at all with these bars set in place. its going to take some wiggling and prying to get them in but just work with them and you will have very desirable results.

Now on to the completed watch. I would like to thank Matt (mymanmatt) for his wisdom and assembling the watch for me while I sat there and learned a few things :) and DCPARK87 for coming up with some very essential parts for the build (sean's case, gen bezel ring, TC v3 bracelet) ENJOY!!

Awesome man can't wait to see it. What's the difference with my dial and yours?

Yours looks awesome man! I'm still waiting on a few parts in the mail before I can get it assembled :( lol

As for the dial its a very tiny difference but the Oyster perpetual date spacing is different on my dial, there are two versions with Swiss made on the bottom :)

Its explained here:

:)
