One of the few innovative technologies with their "turbine" to come along in years. IMHO, Seiko and their Spring Drive is another one but I can't get myself to buy one. Who needs another qua-triple gyro tourbillon made out of carbon fiber with "get-ladium" parts. The Urwerk are new school horological technology. And the answer to the question on replication is no. It may be replicable but unlike so many other watches virtually every part would have to be re-engineered (read as "copied") from scratch. Unlike our friends at Hublot, they actually tried a striking different design, with the mechanism to match. If I had crazy coin, I would buy this - wouldn't be my only watch though...
