Reps and "issues" - what do you do?

Hi Guys, just wanted to pose a general question to you all. I just received latest Rep order from a TD and overall happy with it. I know most if not all reps have some issues but what is the consensus on when issues are too much and will the TD exchange it? I bough an omega vintage 300 and found these issues (that were not apparent on QC pics):

  • lume on couple areas is kind of messy and uneven. Only really visible on the hour hand.
  • bezel rocks back and forth, none of my other reps do this. Not when you push down but when you click to next number you have play that moves back and forth from one minute mark to the next minute mark...sort of like you have to advance it past one minute mark to where you actually want it then rock it back to the intended minute mark...hope this makes sense.
  • It has plexi dome that has several superficial scuffs...not a huge deal but just kind of a bummer since its new.

Do TDs ever exchange, would these warrant exchanging? If TDs so exchange, who pays shipping?

Thanks, Ive never had any issues with my reps until now and wanted to get your thoughts.

Thanks all. Been talking to TD. Cosmetic stuff was not such big deal but the watch kept stopping. Could not hear rotor moving so thought was stuck. Opened it up and guess what? Has no rotor at all! I know this is a rep but come on! Emailed TD. Hope he can take care of this. Its just upsetting. zy4a3ygu.jpghttp://www.repgeek.c...13&d=1386975989
