Why would I buy from a trusted dealer with whom there is at least marginal accountability and well established track record spanning thousands of transactions when Jack will deal with me directly? I hope I can mail cash for additional discounts!

Just mailing the cash is a bit cheaper because the transaction fees are lower. If you're going to burn money, you might as well do for the cost of a stamp rather than racking up all of those paypal fees.

 

A zippo would be cheaper still, but fewer and fewer people are smokers these days...
