akelku
One of the many advantages of Spain (Sea, sun...) is that some watchsmith still know more than changing quartz's batteries... I met one of it who change some battery (4$ !!), repair a broken gold neckless (8$ !!) modified a ring (0$ !!)... I talk with him, he's from switzerland, and we came to discuss about REPlica. Of course he knows them because lots of canal street ones are sold on the beach. I show him my Bronzo 382N KV, and immediatly he tells me that's a good watch, great quality very good details. He immediately look at the movement and tells me about the tells and falws regarding the Gen. He ask me if it's waterproof, I tell him I ain't test it. As he's a passionate, he propose me to test it for free as he purchased a new tester !! After minutes, Surprise my 382n pass the test easily !! PAM stays in 3% range during x2 successive tests !! Tester is an Elma 2000. https://encrypted-tbn2.gstatic.com/images?q=tbn:ANd9GcQAxqImuq4oWDcifed5T8BJaz6RX0U7Y mp9tJTmKmh5tLgGZXvlYtvreQ So it's waterproof, and he add a good one, as range is ok up to 10% !! He tells me he's impressed by assembly precision. He ask me for the price, I gave him an idea, He's not astonished, and tells me for a good waterproofed watch made of bronze the price is correct. So I decided to take some "humidity" : No humidity inside after 24 hours !! Oh, I almost forgotten 0$ for the test, in my country it's about 30$ !!! After some hesitation, I decided to get in "real" condition.... Nice place : Some light, some little waves.... nice.. Will you guess who I'm ? Ok it's written on the topic... let's get closer..; Yessss Let's go for some more .... Back from spain, not a single problem !! So validated for simple swimming, no diving here.. Even the strap, after a good shower is perfectly intact !!

JMC
Wow man! Your bronzo should be a happy one, now :-) You allow it to return where it belongs, the sea, the heritage of those old time divers with wearing heavy Pb booties, suits and bronze helmets. +

mule play
Great pictures and reporting. I have taken my PAM 089 everywhere. Sandy desert wind storms, salty ocean swimming, many laps in chlorine pools, hours in dry saunas, hours in steam rooms, 1/2 marathon run, sub-zero runs in the snow...and not a single issue. Surely this bronzo will last a long time!
