Help - How to remove dial for eta 2824-2 (AP Royal Oak Offshore)

I try to replace an eta 2824-2 movement for an AP Royal Oak Offshore and I can't see how to remove the dial. Some posts indicate fish hook clamps for this type of movement, but I can't see any of them.

 

Any help would be appreciated. I have attached some pics.

1st, when you remove a movement (before to take it out from the case) always remove the counterweight/rotor.

 

About the hooks, you have to pull these ones in yellow to the outer of the movement:

 

Here once the dial has been taken away:

 

Obviously before you should have removed the hands
