So this evening we celebrated my wife's birthday with a group of her friends and oddly one of her girlfriends pointed out "how cool" it was that we were all wearing watches and was very eager and demanding we took this photo, it was kinda cool coming from someone other than me Lol unfortunately they're all lame watches..

The dates are actually well matched. Perhapds slightly bottom biased on same dates, but certainly not all. This can easily be fixed by bending the dial feet to align properly. I honestly don't get the "horror" of the date alignment, when it can simply be fixed with dial orientation. The factories can easily get this right. Although there may be a thousand variations, I am sure an alignment jig will be easy to source for the fix
