I think that this is one of the best looking Vintage Rolex's out there. However, not sure if it is for me or not. Gonna give it a few days of wrist time before I make a decision on whether to keep it or not. Anyways, like I said just wanted to share some pics and say that anyone thinking about building one can't go wrong with one of JMB's custom cases. ogladio Posted June 8, 2015 Report Share Posted June 8, 2015 Is it the size that's making you hesitant? What do you normally wear? I share your opinion that the 1016 is the most beautiful Rolex. That doesn't however mean I feel like wearing it every day. Sometimes it's just "too classical/classy" looking, at least when worn on bracelet. Ogladio, yeah it is purely the size, not just how thin it is, had the same issue with a Gen cased 1675 I built several years ago.I typically wear larger Rollies or an occasional IWC.
