It is a nice watch. The only problem currently is the pip is off centre and they are aware of that. They are (Sizzlin) waiting for the new batch of insert to either include with the watch purchase or for some who already has one to replace.

I believe it is running on Miyota 9015 movement. The bracelet is hard to adjust.

There's also a previous yellow/cream lume version that has a different dial.

For $200-$300, it's a great watch according to the WUS sub homage forum. :)

AH! Well it seems cyber has some info must go over there and scope out comments. The bracelet will only be a problem if to short and they are using same one you get on reps minus markings on clasp, yup to short for me! It is good to hear they are sending out inserts at least they give a crap, well on the list ..................

It is a good price @ $250 USDs for a 9015 w/domed sapphire, wonder how good lum is.:g:

Speaking about micro brands. I am looking into this one, but guess I will wait until real world pictures are available.

Tinico made a really nice 2 register chronograph with a Seagull T-19 movement awhile back. It was one of their first offerings. Most of their new stuff looks like they are just buying the standard parts you can find everywhere on eBay and putting them together and selling at a decent price.

Read somewhere on WUS again regarding the Aramar brand. There were something bad happened before and no one there seems to like or talk about this brand. The homage submariner forum is into part X now and Aramar only came up once in a blue moon.

Generally brands that are well discussed are MK II, Kemmner, Ticino, TC (Tiger Concept), Davosa, Kiger, Raven, Steinhart and the likes.

Many micro brands out there and I have been following those and drifted slight away from reps for now.

Picked up a few and also built a few, here are some shots of a few that I bought/built.

That's a Kiger. Mark is a member on WUS and he released a couple of versions as a prototype (limited) and a maxi version, also very limited.

Google Kiger Milsub.

A very nice watch indeed. This is the gold gilt version with ETA movement. A homage to the 6538. I got some brass edge showing on the bezel and changed the sapphire to plexi. Also aged the insert a little.

The other is the stealth and the newest is the Maxi. I have a maxi reserved for now.

Few more shots of the Kiger.

Here's a shot of the maxi, again not my picture.

Well those who know me are aware I am a micro brand junky along w/ buying to many reps :bangin: I buy those also.  :bangin::bangin::bangin:

So I saw this one and am curious.......................  http://www.ticinowatches.com/product/diver-40mm-sea-viper-vintage-watch-w-white-lume/

Are you familiar with Melbourne? Based out of AU (no kidding). I came across them on a Reddit forum on micro brands of all places and ordered one to wear for my wedding. Still small enough that the owner answers all the emails. They're beautiful.

That last one was from the wedding. I think I'm such a fan because they got it from AU to the east coast in like 3 days, the day before I left for the wedding. Much applause.

I meant to add it has a 9015 in it as well

Hard to beat MKII, only problem they are limited editions that take a long time from concept to shipping. Even their open editions are scarce and often sold out. Great watches and Bill Yao, the owner is a perfectionist, and he personally inspects and regulates every watch.

Here are a couple of mine.

Lovely Kingston!! It was about $900 when it first came out and now it can be upwards of $1800..... Wish I bought one back then.

Wear in good health.

Mike,

I was watching the the opening of ordering for the GMT like a Hawk watching a rabbit!! When ordering opened, I ordered mine within a couple of minutes, so I am probably in the first five "plank" buyers. It's been a long wait, nothing comes fast with MKII, but I guarantee they are worth the wait.

Here are a couple of other "micro brand" watches, these from Ocean7. These were homages to the Omega proplof. One in S/S and the later release in Titanium. Incredibly light for a big watch. These are much more available than the MKII's

And another MKII, the Stingray. Bill Yao actually owns the rights, copyrights and intellectual property rights to the Tornac-Rayville brand. He has plans to build a limited edition series of Tornac-Rayvilles similar to the BP FF homage here.,
