Correct spring bars for 5500 Air King

Hi,

I'm right in the middle of building a franken 5500 Air King. I have most parts sourced, everything gen except the movement. Although I yet have to decide on which bracelet, rivet, folded or 78350...

But there is one thing I can't figure out, or find any info about: what are the correct spring bars?

Does anybody have the reference number, a picture or a description?

Any help would be appreciated!

Thanks

I will personally put more effort into getting the correct/good condition bracelet first so you know it mounts to the case with no issue. Since you said everything is gen i assume it will take the thick Rolex spring bars. Maybe talk to Rolex and say you got inherited a watch and see if they will sell you some.

Certainly you could try going to a Rolex AD.

Or you could try these aftermarket spring bars from WSE

Rolex Date and Datejust pins are going to be thinner than the Sub spring bars- maybe 1.8mm thick. I just hate to think what Rolex would charge- hope it's not too outrageous! Also, you might check Clark's- Nostalgia-2000- on ebay.

On second thought- you can't really walk into a Rolex AD if you're building a franken- what if they want to see the watch to sell you the spring bars? Here's bars from Watchmaterial.

Thank you so much! Exactly what I needed!

Bought the bars from WSE.

I needed a clasp spring bar (32-20681) for my 16030 built an went to a Rolex AD, no luck... They weren't allowed to sell parts, wanted to see the watch and where not helpfull at all.
