He told me turn around time would be 4 to 5 weeks. I didn't bother him during that time. He did the job in 4 weeks. When he was done he sent an email with photos of the finished work. He does not mind working on reps. I was up front about that. He said the 1016 Explorer is one of his favorites. It turned out better than expected.
