Still unsatisfied with this 1675 I contacted tripdog RWI with the hope that he could catch up with the mediocre work of the previous modder. Contrary to what I thought, Trip thinks it's not a Cartel. The case is thicker - the cgs are bigger too - he could not refine it as much as possible on a Cartel. In the end the difference is only 0.2mm which is not huge on the wrist. Fortunately it is a loss for a gain, the tube is placed higher, the rehaut is rather thin and the CG are very wide. The bezel was reprofiled, a gen 24-603 crown added, and insert replaced with a nicely faded one with vivid colours to perfect the set. So to honor his superb work, I had prepared a new dial. After several tests of lume, I think I have found the one that suits me. I also reduced the height of the Clark plexi. Perhaps a little bit too much but it's an easy replacement.
