I am using a Canon 20D with a Canon EF-S 60mm Macro lens, Circular Polarizer, a $49 Photek Digital Lighthouse and some of the shelf 500 Watt construction lamps from Homedepot ($5-10). I don't spend a lot of time with setup as you can see from the pictures and just shoot with Aperture priority and use F-Stops between 8 and 11.
