Rolex 1065 Date Just convert to 1065 GMT

I have Rolex datejust cal. 1065. I want to convert to 1065 GMT. What part should be replace and add. Please advise me.

My advice would be to not even attempt it. Given the age of the movement, the likelihood of actually finding all the parts necessary is slim, and you'd probably be able to buy a GMT movement for less than the sum of the parts.

You may find this thread interesting, as the 1065 is based on the 1030 IIRC.
