5508 dials

I'm thinking about a Christmas present for my long term favourite. For a Phong 5508 are there any better options than this?

It has been a few years since I last purchased a new manufacture dial, but, from what I have seen in recent posts, MQ still appears to be the top dog. Just make sure you receive pics of the watch you will receive & check it carefully before he ships.

Thanks @freddy333 That's a nice gen BTW. I definitely need a dial and hands, the lume dot is in completely the wrong place on the Phong hands and the minute is a touch too short. Dial from MQ, hands from Micheal Young and movement and crown from the R factory, and im done.

I have a brown "tropical" 5508.. With a high grit wire brush to give the surface a hazy look, and some light paint to give the lume uneven tint and/or the salt/egg-method it might look sweet.

 

It's yours for next to nothing.
