Panerai Rep or Real??

Lee d'Oliveira

Recommended Posts

I started this topic because i wanted to know of my panera is real or replica.

The most specification on this watch are like the real one.

*the glass doesn't reflect any blue colors.

*the markings inside on the movement looks like they are burned in. (not strange bleu)

*this watch keeps very good time

*There is a serialnumber inside (swiss markings)

*The crown guard doesn't feel loose or anything, feels pretty good

*Sandwish dial is very nice.

Are they other opnions regarding this watch to prove that is a rep or a real one?

Firstly, there is no Y incabloc on the antishock absorber...so it is fake !

The shape of the crown guard and his lever looks fake also, i would say you have a Noob PAM111.

But they are very good rep regarding dial, case, movement, etc...That's why you have a good feeling when you wear it !

Question: How is it possible you don't know if your wach is fake or gen ?

i have the watch from an old man (friend of grandfather). He told me that he brought the watch to the store to examine it, and even they couldn't give  a proper answer. So he asked me...

I have it al long time in my closet and the man told me that it was mine as a gift. I have it now, 6 years i guess but don't wear it. And i am sure that the man who gave it to me, want me to do something else with it instead puttin it in a closet :)

But i also was interested in the kind of movement...is it a good movement and what is the real difference of quality

between a real one and a good rep. I use to have real rolex, and now i have a very good rep. and my opinion is that the real one was not so good @ keeping time like the replica.
