Hi guys

Noober than anyone else... looking for advice please.

I'm looking for a top quality rep of a Panerai with metal bracelet, a Patek Nautilus and eventually a Blancpain 50 fathoms.

Would be great if you could point me in the right direction... safe, good website with paypal.

Many thanks and Happy New Year from London.

Unfortunately now is not the best time as RWI is currently down. If you want to research Pam reps, there is nothing remotely close to Ale’s guide on RWI. Once our brothers there have resolved their current issues I will post a link to his thread. In the meantime we have some excellent Pam guys here who may give you some pointers.

Firstly, a welcome to you to RWG and next, good tastes in watches. :)

With the quality of reps getting better, I really think that buying the genuine is unnecessary.

Of course, without the genuine model, the replica will not exist in the first place and it is important that we acknowledge and respect that.

As suggested I searched for the trusted dealers on the main page but I didn’t find them...

Can someone please share link to main page/trusted dealers?

Is it under a topic?

Cheers, Happy New Year!

Thank you.

I just saw comments on the Patek and lack of quality comparing with original.

What are the best replicas then? The most accurate?

The idea is to buy a couple of watches that require a microscope to detect flaws...

Are they the Rolex Submariner V7 (whatever V7 means)? No date ideally...

Or, on your opinion please, what would be the best options/versions?

Thanks!

Each of us here have different opinions on what is nice or accurate and what isn't.

I will recommend you look at the following for a good start, bearing in mind your preference for watches:

1. Blancpain fifty fathoms.. good rep, try to get the Noob v2 if you can. The new ones by JF look quite good too.

2. Patek Nautilus: Closest now that a lot of the older, more accurate reps are no longer available: MKF V4. This one has a very very good dial and case quality.

3. Panerai on bracelet: I am mostly not a panerai guy, will need to defer this to someone with more expertise and knowledge.

For the submariner no date, noobs version 7 is the current best version. Have browse on tds website for info pics and videos. Plenty of information on the forums as well.

There are plenty of great reps in all brands, t all comes down to you taste as legend outlined.

Thanks for the links and for all your help.

There are really good versions aout there (at least on pics!).

I might go for the most replicated one, the submariner no date.

The Explorer2 also looks pretty accurate...

The others are too complicated to ascertain, I'm afraid i can buy something that is miles from the original.
