Slay, Awesome inserts! I went a little overboard with fading one so if anyone is Looking for a Ghost insert drop me a Pm (you van have it at no extra charge for the aging, I just like to have enough $ to get a new one from slay ) and since every insert responses differently to the aging process inwas able to hold back on the second I got from you and it really worked well; I wanted to go for a worn but bot too much faded insert;

So it’s slightly aged and really Goes well with the rest of the setup

What is the advised method to age these? Bleach, ok but how, mix with water, leave it for a while or just pure bleach and move on? Received mine quickly after ordering, they look amazing!

I used chlorine and a quetip to fade it, a soap steelwhool (s.o.s) and a screwdriver for the patina. Good luck bud

I use an ultra fine grade 3M sanding sponge to get the matt faded finish. Start lightly and keep going until you get the desired effect. I’m useless with measuring the right amount of  bleach to use, so I always go with the sponge.

Just picked up my two inserts today. They are sweet!  Thanks again K.

Do you mean with the number on the top or bottom?
Because all the insert (cartel, yuki, cousin) that I try to make brown on gas flame (number on the top ) became reddish ..

Thats because you have them too close to the flame/ and or leave it to long. It is easy to verdo it. I did it with numbers down, but very briefly.
Its hard to control the process exactly so need plenty of spares :)
