Looks great.. Awesome work. My tip for ghosting inserts is autosol and cotton-tipped "women's makeup thingies, can't find the correct word right now". It takes ages.. And since it takes ages it much much easier to get an even hue.

P.S. I vote for the brown Slay. Looks most overall matched.

Nice works n sharing.

Is it acetone that ladies use it to remove their nail polish or nail colors?

It's a creamy polishing compound that is very mild... It can be used on plastic, metals, even played surfaces like chromed details.

You can even create fading effects like extra ghostly on the outer diameter. I recommend using it while fastened in the bezel, to avoid creating artificially looking "white outer borders".

Last but not least...

NO acetone, NO strong solvents....

Tks for the tip..

My ghost insert in reality was my mistake.

I was looking for a gray color so I put the insert over a oven flame and I reached the perfect gray color .

But than I put it on a glass with bleach and all the gray color instantly disappear and leave only this ghost effect !

But now I’m satisfied with the result :-)

The ghost amplify the brown of the dial..
