bettyswolloks Posted April 7, 2020 Report Share Posted April 7, 2020 Hello all, sent payment to a TD last night, its left my account.The TD, Ryan at intime, has said he hasn't recieved the funds yet, I don't think anything untoward is going on, it seems a long time is all.Can anyone tell me how long it takes to land at the other end, it's been over 12hrs so far. Everything is running extra slow in the world right now and international transfers can take days sometimes anyway depending on banks used. bettyswolloks Posted April 7, 2020 Author Report Share Posted April 7, 2020 At no point did I think Ryan was the issue.I actually posted 2 items at the same time last week, uk royal mail, one was going around 20mls away, the other over 200.The 20mls parcel arrived before the 200ml which took 3 days. So I know that things in the physical world are taking longer.This is an electronic item though, so can't see why it should be slowed down to 16hrs. There could be a legitimate reason caused by the disruption of covid19 or the banks could just be taking the opportunity to hang on to money as long as possible.
