I recently bought a microbrand watch from a company in Switzerland -the place that just about invented time. I was not happy about their order/delivery construct. Sounds like companies are getting cheap in there shopping choices. I think my record time order, with Trusty, was ordered on a Sunday received on a Thursday. That was three years ago though. They both arrived by DHL in under two weeks The Waltham from Watch Angels came via DHL, But I got continuous song and dance about covid, building the watch, crappy customer service in general. I've had exceptional delivs from china and europe the wait times have been satisfactory. 34 days from China is fine by me. E XCEPT from one outfit in Europe that says on their website 3-4 days delivery then took 10 weeks and two days to get me my [censored] watch. So no, i've no dog in this fight.
