Help Identifying Clone 3135 Movement

Can anyone help? Here are some pictures. A few things to note:

  • The red reversing wheel is fully painted red
  • The top of the teeth (bird's eye view) are red rather than unfinished
  • The red paint from the reversing wheel is starting to come off near the gear's teeth
  • The hairspring is blue
  • The movement's serial number is 5510969

I see the movement screws have wear on them so somebody has been mucking around here. Do TDs ever do this?

Anyone think they know the origin of this based on the above?

I marked the third picture above to point out the following:

1. the red paint on the reversing wheel gear area is fully painted (but some of the paint is starting to come off of the teeth)

2. there are several movement screws that are marred up meaning someone has been in here messing around

This is supposed to be an SA3135 though I know that some TDs use some of the acronyms interchangeably (SA/VR/VS)

Are there SA3135 clones that now have fully painted reversing wheels? This watch is supposed to be unmodded
