where can I found leather-strap for 3717

Dear All:

Have u got any idea where can I give a good leather strap for 3717? The dimension is strange not the normal one 21mm(Lug)/18mm Tang buckle?

I purchase 2 22mm/18mm are doesn't work....too big for lug & damage both strap already.

Please help!
