HauteHippie Posted October 3, 2007 Report Posted October 3, 2007 please post some pics! They were for other members, and honestly I don't remember who anymore..... Maybe someone will post.
k2222 Posted October 3, 2007 Author Report Posted October 3, 2007 This one is not that thick and domed like Pam crystal (this crystal is from GST), but gives idea how it look.
turboGUATE Posted October 9, 2007 Report Posted October 9, 2007 (edited) I just had a PAM 190 and took a few pictures trying to get the AR coating to show up, but it was barely visible. If it did show, it had a purple tint to it and showed mostly on the edge of the crystal. I only have my phone camera with me, so excuse the lame pics. I hope they help. Cheers! sssurfer Posted October 11, 2007 Report Posted October 11, 2007 Thanks for the pics, turbo, sure they help. Definitely single-side. And, on what you say and the pics, essentially colorless.
k2222 Posted October 15, 2007 Author Report Posted October 15, 2007 I just picked up first sample of honey/gold tint, how You like it, is this accurate? please tell me what do You think about this project, Some Panerai crystal got cyclops, so it's not a problem for me to do that, as person who is polishing and cleaning crystals for me is also doing cyclops (taking off/puting back, custom cyclops made from saphire or mineral etc.)
Seadweller4000 Posted October 15, 2007 Report Posted October 15, 2007 I'd love to have this on my ros
maxmilian Posted October 15, 2007 Report Posted October 15, 2007 Jakub this looks great, when will you do a run with this color ?
k2222 Posted October 15, 2007 Author Report Posted October 15, 2007 I need to make more samples first
turboGUATE Posted October 15, 2007 Report Posted October 15, 2007 I think you are right on the money Jakub. We'll just have to see it installed in a PAM so we can appreciate the end result and we'll be out sending some cystals! Cheers!
