Guest overboosted
I am sure this has been posted before but here is a heads up for newbies. I got this book today from amazon. Pretty awesome book. Very comprehensive and tons of pictures. Here is the amazon link, which is the cheapest place to get it, and a ebay auction link so you can see pics of the book too. Highly recommended to any vintage Rolex lover! http://cgi.ebay.com/Vintage-Rolex-Sports-W...1QQcmdZViewItem http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/076432248...5Fencoding=UTF8 I have looked at it for a few minutes and already realized how pathetic my DRSD is. Paid ~$200 form a dealer here, and it has wrong crystal (flat top), horrible CGs, Wrong bracelet, clasp, way too thin bezel, date font is wrong, blah blah. Time to upgrade to MBW/WM! HighDef
I got one from Amazon last year for $45. It is a good reference book.
ubiquitous
I keep meaning to pick one of these up. I'd love some Rolex reading material. I hate to admit it, but the only watch related book I've ever owned was a Panerai Style Book II...

ubiquitous
Heehee... There is always something new to learn! But, seriously... Fundamental vintage Rolex is pretty easy to know once you have the dates and production variations in mind...
