EuroTimez
Hi, I can remember that the only solution toward the Daytona at @ 6 issue is to stop the running seconds and remove the extra gears on an A7750 -28800. How to do this?!? Did The Zigmeister give a review. I knew that The Zigmeister does repairs, I downloaded a long long time ago a price-chart but lost it. I would be very interested in his services. Can somebody let me know how to go about it? Tks in advance. Chris
LordRasta
The Zigmeister is no longer participating in the forum as of right now. We are hoping he comes back next year but there are no guarantees.
Dizzy
yeah i heard you can freeze the sec hand at 6 and take out the extra gears for the chrono movement. That would leave you with essentially a basic movement. Sounds like a great idea to me.
ajoesmith
This is relatively easy if you have some experience If you remove the dial and hands of your daytona, you will see the plate that holds al the extra gears in place. Simply remove one of the exra gears and the seconds will not function. Then you can freeze the subdial. I have a seconds at 6 movement here, ill take pics of what i mean so you can understand
