How does a 7750 work... Is there a "Part 4"?

I have been ready The Zigmeister's series, "How does a 7750 work". I have read through "How does a 7750 work - Part 3". Clearly, the expectation is there is (or is intended to be) a "part 4". I cannot find Part 4. Have I just failed to find it ... overlooked it somewhere, or was there no Part 4 written? ... Maybe Part 4 was not called "Part 4"?
