Anyone knows where to order this DG4813 in Europe ? cousins dont seem to have it.

Have a search under China movements for 8413, from memory I think they have the first two numbers back to front.

EDIT

Beaten to it by Andy

The 4813 is the same size as the 2813 (slow beat) with the same date wheel and all, the only difference between the two is the beat rate

On what i know, the 4813 is even a little thinner than the 2813 (4.60mm vs 5.25 - 5.45mm).

So it should fit even more easily.

Just, maybe you will have to use a thicker spacer ring in order to compensate for the larger room left below the caseback.

I also hope that the stem stays aligned with the tube in spite of the lower movement thickness.

Unfortunately cousinsuk don't have it...

Please also re-read my post as I edited it by adding a last line.

I bought one from ofrei and it looks like it should fit... Im waiting on a new crown before I fully install everything, but from everything Ive read it should work fine.

Update: It looks like the dial feet don't fit from a 2813 to a 4813...

The holes are slightly off. Either that, or Im a retard.

Thanks for sharing please keep us updated on the progress !!

Confirmed, dial feet dont fit... I just broke them off, glued the spacer to the dial, and glued my datewheel to my 4813.

Once these are dry I guess Ill glue my spacer to the movement and see if I can put this [censored] together!

Ugh, this isnt going well, haha...

Newest problem:

Dial spacer from 2813 is way too thick for 4813, but I already gorilla glued it to the dial, so I guess now im gonna spend hours trying to file it down because I dont think I can get it off the dial without the dial breaking.

Any suggestions would be appreciated

Woohoo, once I filed down the movement spacer and glued everything together it works like a charm!!

2813 -> 4813 = doable

Thanks for the info, I have talked to another member doing the same swap didnt have problem with the spacer or the dial feet,

He did the swap on asian SFSO though so maybe it is spacial on the noob... Either way I will give it go

Once again thanks for sharing.
