EuroTimez
What is... and why the Euromariner? Wasn't the Noobmariner good enough? What about the MBK Submariners? Here alittle comparison.... and development to the EUROMARINER....from V1 to V2 (only slight difference is the Custom Date-mag on V2) There is also some independant reviews --- Click here (by Tribal, reviewing and comparing it and concluding it = the same WM9 case) Here (by KELSTER, taking it completely apart and modding it with some gen parts and removing the engravings --part1) Here-- (by KELSTER, putting gen crystal with fits perfectly after a few tries and other gen parts --part2) For the EUROMARINER BLACK 2008 extended pictures CLICK HERE For the EUROMARINER GREEN 2008 extended pictures CLICK HERE Edited August 18, 2008 by EuroTimez

pfran42
Get the ETA...Go big now, or you will be kicking yourself later when you wish you had a real Swiss movement in that puppy! Once you get it ,shave the crown guards, pop in a WatchMaterial pearl and you are basically finished!

EuroTimez
Hi Lotsofgears1, The gen rolex is not so fond of AR coatings, so for the submariner they never made AR and for 99% of rolex watches are without AR. I think only the new MILGAUSS is with AR crystal. So if gen doesn't have it, my euromariner doesn't have it. But feel free to have it AR coated if you wish and have a unique Submariner new MBK case = same WM9 case MY sources confirm it (MBK) and Tribal confirms it... (what else do you need) few facts.... ---MBK cases comes from Taiwan, where coincidentally the WM9 case is coming from? ---MBK submariners and WM9 submariner came both with solid midlinks? Coincidence or same factory?!? ---and how much better than this can you get? Euromariner same demensions as gen, fits the, gen crown without mods, gen crystal, gen bezel-insert, gen bezel and case -----------construction? I donno man, if this doesn't cut it.... then go for the gen And as you can see the Euromariner Beats the WM9, -Euromariner comes better bracelet with hollow midlinks, -better dial (noobdial = most closest to gen), -noob dw, -noob hands, -customized perfect datemag.... -at a better price, -with added QC and rubbers silicon greased. Stephane
Gents, Seriously...come on... Which is the best? WM9 or Euromariner? MBK or TW ? Joking. If Tribal and Chris say: "It is the same CASE" then it is !!! Cheers Stephane
dadog13
it better should be better because AFAIK...there is a huge price difference...Noobmariner (80$ - what I paid for in the GB) vs. Euromariner (275$)... however I am not a Rolex fan and I am more than satisfied with the noob (probably will use it sooner or later as a gift for somebody)... Corgi
Sheesh....Noobs Search and you shall receive Euromariner Post uh huh.... $275 for a "DG" movement version or a whopping $475 (add shipping) for an ETA compared to about $98 for a asian noobmariner. dadog13
maybe but this IS the best sub! it could be the best one...don't know, I am not an expert... but what's the purpose to compare a noob with another rep costing 3x the price of the noob? b16a2
it could be the best one...don't know, I am not an expert... but what's the purpose to compare a noob with another rep costing 3x the price of the noob? Because the Noob is considered the best out of the box rep Submariner. It has many good parts. This comparison goes to show how good this Euromariner actually is. Put the prices aside, and look at the accuracy first. It is more pricey yes, but it combines all of the best features of many Subs.
Crimson Vanguard
it could be the best one...don't know, I am not an expert... but what's the purpose to compare a noob with another rep costing 3x the price of the noob? I understand the euromariner is a very nice watch, if your looking for an all-stainless steel example... But if you want a two tone, the noobmariner is the best of the best, the MBK is pretty sought after as well.
TeeJay
It's also worth the extra cash, knowing that EuroTimez does QC on the watches
w.genzo
Euromariner without engraving will be the best out of the box sub, same as WM9 modded but probably cheaper. At the moment the reahut makes it less accurate. About the bracelet, I prefer WM9 bracelet. Even if it comes with solid mid-links, Noob SEL doesn't fit as well, edges are too sharp, and noob clasp is ridicolous. That's why ubi's mix (noob bracelet + WM9 SELs and clasp) is the best solution. I wonder if Euromariner could be sold with the standard bracelet too. I'm also waiting to see the new one without engraved rehaut, that will be a great watch for sure. And thank you eurotimez for your effort, it's a pleasure to see a dealer who listens to forum members.
iceberg1459
just a comparison pic, you decide what it best gen on top, noob on left, euro right actually i must say noob seems to be more accurate overall but euromariner has better rehaut but bad pearl, case, cg's correct me if im wrong but this is what i see when compared to gen
lotsofgears1
I wonder how the lum is on the euro ? Thanks for the pics nice to compare them all I am still leaning for the euro sub green lv swiss eta even at $475.00 its still a small fraction of what a real one cost
