Rolex 1520 hands compared to asian21.6k bph or eta hands - Size difference?

Heyho,

I am currently thinking of building a military submariner, but all milsubs I've found have actually quite bad hands - especially the minute hand is completely wrong on the reps.

I was thinking of buying aftermarket sword style hands for a Rolex 1520 movement, but how much is the size difference between an asian 21.6k bph or an ETA movement's hand sizes and the Rolex 1520?

Am I right, that the 1520 used smaller diameters so that the can be honed out to fit an asian or ETA movement?

You can buy mil sub hands for ETA and Seiko movements at MkII watches that look pretty good to me. Check them out here-MkII watches mil sub hands

The hand sizes for the 1520 are 80/130/20, ETA are 90/150/25, not sure about the asian movement.
