I have my genuine one in the safe deposit box, but I compared my GMT-II to my dad's genuine Sub, and my watch is VERY accurate. His is a 2002-03 model sub, two tone bracelet, diamonds on the numbers, blue face. The CG's, crown, bezel cutting, date mag, are just identical. The crystal is the same shape, height above the base, etc. The bracelet looks VERY close, the gold color is slightly off, and the stainless is not as shiny as my dad's. The genuine sub seems a little heavier (although the bracelets feel very close in weight). The hand sweep, sound (held to ear), hand size is all identical to my eyes/ears. Mine has the laser engraved Rolex crown on the bottom of the crystal, his does not. The one thing I could notice is that on my rep, my base does not have the holes in it for the bracelet to attach (holes to push in a pin to release the bracelet). Now I am thinking how do I remove my bracelet!?!?!?!? I can't believe how accurate my $248 rep is compared to a $8000+ Sub....just incredible.
