orionz
I bought my first rep end August last year. It was a UPO. Before my interest in reps and watches generally I was wearing a Seiko quartz. Pretty nice watch thou, but a quartz. So I got my rep and was very impressed with build quality and movement precision and everything was nice. I liked my UPO a lot. A week ago I managed to sell it in the name of economic crysis. Now I feel that a part of the things I like is missing. Just like losing a friend. I have ordered a Seiko Black Monster now, but I don't think I will like it as much as my UPO. So here are the pics:
klocklind1
YES it IS a really nice Omega ! Be carefull IF You buy a new one with swiss Eta 2824-2 as a lot of dealers want the swiss movementprice when they actually only sell it with asian clone movement! wsj_ca
Is there any way to check that it's Swiss movement inside? I haven't got a good sense of this in my past month of research on replicas. I'm assuming that if a relatively trusted dealer says it's Swiss then it usually is? That's a nice watch by the way. orionz
Yes, you can trust your favourite dealer and hope that he actually sends you a Swiss movement. And if you are not satisfied with power reserve or timekeeping, you can open up the caseback and try to figure out if it actually is Swiss(there are lots of guides around). siesta181
UPO is a wonderful watch. Mine's with my watchmaker getting some major facelift. Can't wait.
