The absolute correct tool for that watch is -

But then you would need a Horotec press, which will also run big $$

All the "multi" tools- like this-

Have round pin style fittings, which will fit in to the case back.

It then becomes a matter of how good you want the tool to be.

I have been using this tools on Omegas and many other with good results:

I use the basic Jaxa style as well. The only issue is that because they are NOT a specialized tool, the fit is a bit loose, so you have to be careful of slippage and make sure things are set as you need them so you don't scratch the caseback.
