watchturbo
Was interested in getting a rep RM. How are they?
TK471
I haven't seen a single one that was even remotely good looking. Now, you're not going to run into anyone out there who'd know that the gen exists, let alone that someone would rep it, so just as a watch, the reps are terrible. I'd stay away. Zack G.
I love Richard Mille watches also and was looking to buy, however I do agree...the rep quality is not that great yet. Maybe in the future there will be better quality ones, just not now.
Logan
The RM05 rep that most of the dealers have is half reasonable. obviously no super-rep but a nice addition to the collection. The RM11 rep is terrible.
dendijk
yes...... the reps are not good enough yet. Who knows what they will come up with after V2, V3 or whatever. I am not sure if not many people know about Richard Mille though, they have gotten alot exposure in the magazines and watch books over the last year. I must say that i really like this brand. Logan
Given the level of movement detailing and the degree that the movement is visible I don't expect we'll see a "great" copy of an RM watch any time in the foreseeable future. Whether you buy ones depends why you collect reps. I mostly stick to the most accurate reps possible, but I have a few Pateks, Langes etc.. and soon to be RM which I have even though they are not the best.
