And then with a tap or a shake, the watch would be alive. But would stop somehow even if the watch is being manual winded. -

Does seem like the rotor is abit tight even u try to shake the watch but it doesn't spin a full round? And also, the watch would stop at some point (eg when ur hands straightened at ur side )
