Yachtmaster 226627 Ti Ti sources have they dried up?

I just wonder as I tried to order and was told they are not available. However, there are Tudor reps that have TI case and brand ie the M25407N Pelagos which has just as much difficulty reproducing a a quality version as the Yachtmaster? Anyone know the reason?
