  1. REEEEEELLLLLAAAAXXXXXXXXX DUDE!!!!!!!

    Damn...........

    Can I ask what the point of this post is.......it looks to me like a shill post......the guy's stuff is [censored]......he doesn't give any pricing.....even if you click on the order button.......why on earth would anyone throw their money into the ether by ordering from a site like this........duh...!
  2. I'm going to go way out on a limb here and say 'It looks like a J12 on rubber'

    Ken

    No, I don't think so. When I blew the image up, I still could not make out the letters for the blur. However, I could read them enough to know that they spell a word too long to be "chanel. Perhaps "kenneth Cole"................? Or maybe "Fossil Arkitech"......?

    Not sure............

  3. Well son, what we have here is canal street's finest. The watch you own is the first rep I bought back in NY some 7-8 years ago. They go for about $50-$75 bucks. I believe they come from china and you better not get it wet!

    I am certain is has one of those 21 jewel movt's in it. It may not be pretty but it will keep time. You won't ever be late for a meeting but DO NOT try to fool anyone with it okay?

    :victory::victory::victory:

  4. @frontin: That's the exact same model that I briefly owned, too. Mine was originally from River. Still the best TT Sub there is... that SEL/last link thing is just a bummer though...

    So you're saying that the gold has been keeping up nicely after 2 years? Are you wearing the watch regularly? Hmm... maybe I shouldn't have sold mine...

    Nice watch.

    Yes. The gold is in great shape! It has been 4 years not 2. The center links are gold through out, not plated or wrapped. I was adamant about this when I bought it because I knew I would be wearing the watch a lot. I have buffed and polished this watch at least 6 times with my dremel with wenol cream or with that "never dull" wadding. I clean the gold with toothpaste when it oxidizes once a year. I think if it was plated it would have turned by now! I have invicta's that are 6 month's old and the "swiss gold layering" is already wearing through without even being cleaned or polished.

    It's a real nice watch. I'm glad I bought it.

  5. Hey Bm,

    Thanks for this, I like the way you catched the fact I was talking about Andrew's perfect or even ulimate.

    When I posted my reply about TW (Andrew) I was thinking about "oh this might be another MBW, CG, ARC, IMHO,...."

    Meaning that you guys have so much shortcuts that it's allmost impossible to get them all in only one month of presence on the board.

    And, I must say, we all post in english but are speaking very different mother tongues though. It took me at least 2 weeks to pick CG.

    So, can I suggest that you post a detailled review of TW ? Are they any better than MBWs ?

    I read that if rehaut is ok, it makes other things more sensitive like the crown i.e.

    Another topic that would be helpfull is: explain what are CG, ARC, MBW, ...a tutorial of what I call "shotcuts" and would call "abréviations" in french, my mother tongue.

    Cheers and thanks,

    Stephane

    Here are some pics of my 4 year old TT TW;

  6. No such thing from Canada to an overseas address. Registered is an option for lettermail only. If you want to send a parcel overseas from Canada with any tracking at all, you are forced to use a courier type service, at extortionate rates. I went to send a simple bubble envelope to Ireland the other day. It weighed 41g, and I was quoted anywhere from $60 to $100 for any service with tracking. The cheapest was the post office. The most expensive was Fedex.

    Well, at least you guys have great health care and cheap rx drugs north of the border. It has to get paid for somehow...........sorry.
