Did you packed well before sending ??? If yes then it is unlikely that damage was done during mailing. Was the watch sold to a newbie ?? If yes then its likely the this person applied too much winding on the watch

There was a rumour that the QC on the new 3717's was bad and many of the new watches had problems. Well.... I confirm this rumour The first one I got had a crooked dial ..... it went back. Today I received my 2nd one (replacement)

Dust is the biggest problem on the rep rubber bands (all of them). The only one (rep rubber band) that is dust repelling is the Hublot one. Rep rubber bands for Breit , Pams , Chopard , etc.. all they attract duct. I have also the genuine Breit rubber band and is miles awayt from the rep one. Good choise.
