Give him some time (not much ....if he is a student he will have plenty of time ... believe me) ... and if he des not react ... name him. That situation also reminds me that we should apply the same rules of "buying from a dealer" to "buy or trade from and with a member". Dealers get reviews. Members too. Though we sometimes forget to pay attention to the trading / members review section. A member with a high "post number" not necesarrily is a good and trustfull member. I am not saying that this guy belongs to this category (... not yet any way) but we had various cases likes this in the old RWG. Any way ... good luck Arthur. Hope it resolves well for you.

Of course you should name the dealer. His attitude is an added value to him/her.

Amazing watches both. Are these kind of watches which we will never see a rep of them. Is not that are hard to replicate (...we have plenty of evidences that our chinese repmakers can absolutely replicate anything they want). Is that their understanding of fashion and market demand not always is alligned with the occidental world. We have seen them producing reps of some crappy watches of mid level firms (De Witt , Rado , Fendi etc....fan of these pls excuse me) or even crappy watches and crappy reps from high end brand names (Rlxes full of diamonds and leopardo skins etc) ..... but I am afraid that we will never see any good reps (or no reps at all) form watches like Ebel , Ulysse Nardin, Tag Autavia or Monaco, Eberhard , Sobrino y Cuervos, Glashutte, .... so many to mention. Any way .... with moaning I am not going to gain anything and they (China repmakers) will produce what they feel coninient and not what I like. Ebel ... , great watch and good find By-Tor.

Well, did'nt had the time to finish my words and just 24 hours later, Andy (...presumably others will follow soon) came up with the 6th version on the 45 mm version. http://www.trustytime.com/index.php?main_p...products_id=803 From what I can see this version has improved (decreased) the gap of the date window now much closer to the 3 hour marker. The min hand now also looks longer and better. The orange numbers are now thiner and better. Only fault I can see is that the "omega logo" is bigger than the genuine. Things are moving fast in this industry. I will wait few more months .... even though it takes me a lot of "self control" not to pull the trigger.

All of them amongst other flaws already mentioned here like size of the min hand etc..., also have (...as I can tell from the pics) - "Omega logo" far too close to the "omega" wording. - Orange numbers thicker than genuine .... ..... I think I will wait few more months. Chinese rep makers they should come up with new versions and models around year end for the Christmas gift season. In the mean time, I will check the size (42,5 vs 45) in person. Thank you all guys.

I fully agree. Personally I dont like knifes of that kind or any kind of arms but if people want to sell them and there others that they want to buy them , then thats ok with me. Where I live , both knifes and fire arms are illegal. People cannot carry them outside their houses. Even inside your house (and under self defense) you cannot use a fire arm if you dont have a lisence. Any way ..... we have seen in the past both Neil and Narika, selling knifes and nothing happend. In the old RWG there was a guy selling fire arms from time time. That was even worse of course.

You see , I m doubting about the 42,5 and the 45 mm (with this combo: blck bezel and orange numbers). 42,5 mm excl crown is not a small watch !!!!!! Good morning Guys , I have a rather simple question which I cannot find the answer even after reading By-Tor's and Cwai's excellent reviews (... and also comments that other PO lovers have made so far). I am after a PO (non chrono - and with black bezel and orange numbers ) and I am not sure about the size to pick up. So here goes the question: Is the (on the 5th or 4th gen only, .....can't tell which is the latest ) - Reg size 42,5 mm, is excl or incl crown ? - Big size 45 mm (Andy has one that says 45,5 mm), is excl or incl crown ? ----------------------------------------------------------------- Of course I have some more questions about the PO thing which I am afraid there are no easy answers. Questions like: - Are the Chinese rep makers thinking to bring up a 6th improved version.... or whatever gen, soon ??? I know. Its like asking what will be a wheather forecast next year from now !!! - Are they going to come with a better version of the PO Chrono ???? Have you ever thought that this watch is maybe a bit too big for a female wrist ???? It is 36,5 mm square. But again dont know , some ladys like big watches.
