Which stem part number would I need from cousins

I was told it required a winder does not make me any wiser I just thought there maybe a aftermarket stem I may try but I don't no which ? Thanks for your help by the way

Hi everybody I bought a rolex ceramic gmt incorrect hand stack version it is one of my fav watches. I was recently trying to change the time and when I pulled the stem the whole thing came out but if I push it back and try change the time it still tries but it can take ages Does anybody no what aftermarket part number I would need to fix this?
