A year or so back I bought 50 Pimp reps from a factory in China, they were identical apart from they had no name, and they'd tweaked the functions a little, which made them actually a bit better than the originals, I sold quite a few on eBay until the original designer put a stop to me I sold all the remaining stock to some guy in Germany, who went on to sell them on eBay

Bit scary how many people got so many things wrong here, I wonder how times a gen Rolex on eBay has been called out as rep and been reported and removed.

Was just gonna say the numbers on the bezel don't look sharp enough, but like you say date font and no AR.

Just curious about this watch I came across on the bay, considering how good the rep is, and how easy it is to get hold of a box set, and the fact the guy has no papers............

Another banned commercial it's an old one thats been around on the net for years but every time someone mentions banned commercial this classic allways comes to mind

sorry I was just kidding around, there's a ton of threads around here regarding gold plating use the search function and you should find some, I've never yet bought a gold plated watch from any of the dealers so I can't really comment, but from what I've read take everything they say with a large pinch of salt.

More POS than PO, we should all make him offers of 1c or 2c, but then again when you add the postage that would still be too expensive.

One is super plated, the other is superb plated.

He's good but I think this guy is slightly better.
