It's not that fast compared to some, 0-60 is 5.6, 1/4 is around 14 secs I think, I could have got something more powerful for less money but I just love the look, and the supercar sound it makes, but most all I love that they're so rare, I've never seen another on the road. It is possible to make them faster, theres a guy in the owners club added a supercharger to his, I believe he's changed it for a huge turbo now but here's a video of it when it had the supercharger fitted.

I have an old 036 that I've never worn and was thinking of selling, I got it from a guy on the old photo forum, he'd also never worn it, it's probably a couple of years old now so I'd say it's a proper Swiss Unitas not the Asian copy, it has a nice purple coated crystal etc, but it also has the recessed pin problem, there's a couple of (unworn) straps I can throw in with it too as I no longer have any Pams apart form this one, any ideas on what it's worth?......

Ask the seller if you can meet at an AD and pay in cash, if he's genuine he'll agree, but it's not a bargain anyway as it's an auction, most of my auctions start at 1p regardless of what they're worth.

They're probably hoping people who can't wait will buy this close version, and then when they perfect it they'll buy another, I suspect they've done this with various watches already, and it probably works too.
