I've got a super franken built by a well known member at RWI. Gen parts are movement (1575 services)/hands/insert/crystal/datewheel/crown/bracelet. MQ case- PCG.

It's a pretty cool piece.

Maybe- before whatever went down- I bought my gen red sub from Steve in the early 2000"s. Later- I bought a NOS 93150 from him- and the deal was perfect. I was shocked when I read all that happened.

Check the trusted dealer section. I've bought from Toro, BK and Andrew. Most dealers have the same stock- IMO dealers matter when selecting a piece. Good dealers will go through a few examples to find something that works for you.

Well, you bought in on the RLX forum, it was sealed bnib. Seems more to me that your local watch guy don’t know what he is talking about.

If someone on the RLX forum is selling rep parts/ fakes he gets roasted in 3 seconds.

What makes him say it wasn't gen?

He was our very own rich kid with private jets and expensive watches and hubris out the wazzoo.... and we had a lot of fun at his expense.

MQ pcg case with gen parts: movement, hands, dw, crystal, bezel assembly and insert, crown. Rep dial- singer plate gilt mounted on a gen 93150. I know bracelet is for my sub but I haven't found a good gen bracelet yet. Will add a gen dial soon!

Mine is a 5512 with gen movement, square CG and gen hands. Going to add a gen bezel and gen super dome.

Dial is a singer plate that is turning tropical.
