  1. I really <3 this watch - its a true thing of beauty and i'll be on the grail to get the gen for sure! However to start my journey i would love to have a true 1:1 version of this, will be awesome of they can do a hublot style rep quality on the pam292, throw in a few extras from DSN & Co that would be one mighty fine kettle!

  2. So my poor Black Steel SA has taken a hammering being my daily beater and it still makes me smile when i look at it! But its time to move on and get a new daily beater! I have fallen in love with the PAN 292 - the Black Seal Radiomir in Ceramic, now there are two rep versions i would go with, the Cartel variant and then DSN's version. Research carried out have pointed out that both cartels and DSN's aren't up to scratch and I was wondering if there is a super-rep out there? To the ilk of the Hublot Ceramics. Humm gut feel will bring back a no no from you guys, which is fine, so my second question would be - whats the best way to franken one up without spending a Gen type money :) Steel case and get it DLC'd by Avitt or who ever supports the board with the service ?

Thanks for helping a brother out :)

    In Love

    Mr Gill.

  3. So i've been festering in the forums again! And i'm yet to come across a franken big pilot yet ? It has to be my dream watch - i aspire to purchase the Gen in a few years (just picked up a gen 3717) but I was wondering if anyone like Concepta or Domi have managed to get a decent Franken going with a working Power Reserve ?

I would love to be starting a franken project to keep me happy for the time being - but Concepta - could i get a gen movement - would it fit in the current big pilot cases available at the dealers?

Is the world my oyster or will i just have to settle for a rep with a fake power reserve?

    Love & Love all

  4. Well i've taken Lani's advice and just purchased it from Perfect Clones - its the first time i'm dealing with these guys - i prefer to deal with people on the boards so will be interesting - just awaiting for my payment to be processed and i'll do a quick write-up from a newbie! So we'll see how it goes - favourtism or not - gotta give them all an equal chance!

And i can't wait for this super duper rep to be on my wrist!

I wonder if i can get hold of Gen hands and a dial for this thing?

  5. Sorry to bring this up again - but i'm looking for a BR01 - which one is the closest to the Gen - i've noticed they've mis-spelt the back - but have they managed to do the hex screws for strap properly or are they still fakes?

I was at an AD and the stainless version was a beaut!

    any help appreciated

    Cheers

  6. WOW some real stunners here man - total B&R fanboy - i was totally going down with the BR01 and look at Avitt sorting out the case for me, i've got Ajoesmiths BR03 as my daily beater and might put it up for sale to fund a frankie B&R - looking for a case at the mo!

But seeing all these BR02's i'm thinking why bother and get a few of these :)

lovely wrist shots boys, lovely! The gold n PVD one by pizanooo looks sweet and i'm not a big gold fan! Ranisavage's pro looks a treat too - god so many choices but i can only have one at a time! Else it will just get stupid!

  7. Just as i was talking myself out of buying a PAM - I already own a nice B&R weekend watch - what do i need another one - get a dressier watch - maybe a Gen, but man Rolli, you've got back thinking of hitting a few PM's and trying to source something half decent!!!!

My bank balance won't be happy - all down to you dude!

Lovely inspirational collection you have there man. The PVD makes me weak at the ole knees.

  8. Man, I was so lucky to pick up my Ajoe's B&R - fortunately i've been wearing it as my daily beater - it is somewhat bruised and scratched but by god I love it and well - am seriously thinking about the Gen - just waiting for things to settle down again, but yeah a lovely watch - it just needs a good lume job and a nice service to keep it tip top :)

  9. Welcome from Nottingham!

I'm a newbie on the whole reps thing - but totally hooked - from reading Eurotimez has a few corkers and also WBK is thrown about a lot over subs - they might do a Deep Sea - but Eurotimez has quality control and as you can tell by the name - he can ship from the EU!

    Good luck buddy
